Performing is an important aspect of a dancer’s training and experience. All class levels, from Pre-Ballet through Company, have the opportunity to perform in the Contra Costa Ballet Centre’s annual Student Showcase held in June at the Diablo Valley College Performing Arts Center. Intermediate and advanced dancers in the Student Division also have the opportunity to perform with the Contra Costa Ballet Company, one of only a few high-caliber, pre-professional, youth companies in existence in the United States. The Company performs twice-annually at the Lesher Center for the Arts - “The Nutcracker” and “Spring Rep”.
